1) Kindly drop us an email at lisboutique.sales@gmail.com with
your valid email add, and the item you are interested in.

2) Proceed with payment only after you have received our invoice via email. Payment details will be enclosed in the invoice.

3) Please make payment within 24 hrs. Failing to do so, we will cancel your order and give the item to the next interested buyer on the list.

4) Please only make payment via ATM transfer to
POSB SAVS 403-01513-0.

5) After payment is made, please send us a clear
snapshot (no scan copy) of the ATM transfer receipt together with the payment details in the following format:

6) We will then verify your payment. Once payment is verified, we will mail out your item immediately. Mailing will be done daily to ensure that our customer receive their purchases promptly.

7) Please allow 2-3 working days for parcels to reach you (excluding Sat, Sun & PHs).

8) Please note that all prices are INCLUSIVE OF NORMAL POSTAGE. Please top up S$2.50 for registered mail. Registered mail is strongly encouraged, as we are not liable for loss of mail through the normal mailing route. However we do ensure that all mailing addresses are correct (as given) before mailing. All mails are insert with returned address on the back. All postages are payable to Singpost.

9) Strictly no meet-ups.

10) All items are strictly non-refundable.

11) Exchange can only be done if item is found to be faulty. We do check through all item before mailing them out.

12) Exchange can only be done for similar item.
